Nadine GudmundsonHi! My name is Nadine Gudmundson. My husband and I have a 2008 CR-V that we have serviced at Village Honda. I just wanted you to know how much we appreciate the exceptional service that we receive each and every time we come there. I noticed the survey on the back of my work order from last visit (August 24th) and we would give a 10 for each of the ten questions (and would have for every visit). Every time we come there, everyone is friendly. It is always easy to book an appointment and rarely need to wait longer than a few days to get in. Every concern we’ve had with our vehicle has been addressed the first time. When we come in for our appointment, it is very clear what work will be done and how much it will cost, before the vehicle is even looked at. Everyone there has time for you and you never feel like you are inconveniencing anyone. Gisele is absolutely phenomenal. She is kind, friendly, professional and very skilled at what she does. This sounds so filly, but one thing I just love is that when you leave her a message, she phones you back! Always! Servicing our vehicle is easy and never inconvenient or frustrating thanks to all of your hard work… we REALLY appreciate it. Thank you. Nadine Gudmundson.

AnonI just want to express my appreciation for the fabulous service I got on Monday without havng an appointment, as well as the previous times in the last month that I have has to come and get my Anti-freeze topped up. It is wonderful to know that when you have a crisis on your hands I can come to you for help. In this day and age this type of service is hard to find and it is wonderful to know that your dealership has stepped up to the plate to provide it for their customers.

AnonMy Service Advisor, Giselle Kopf is marvelous. Her excellent attentiveness to what needs to be done, her enthusiasm for the love of the job and people, her vigilance at making sure everything is done correctly, as well as, her thoughtfulness of having my car cleaned, (even though I did not ask) is wonderful. To tell you the truth, all of the members of the service department treats me as though I am part of their family and I thank each and everyone for that.

AnonMy only comment is that I have never dealt with a better service dept. than yours. The staff is always so friendly, always have a smile. It’s a pleasure dealing with them. Thank you.

AnonThanks, for such really great service yesterday!! I really love those new winter tires, what is amazing to me is that they are so quiet, I have had snow tires in the past that were very noisy, so I hated to put them on my car, but there are really great!!

AnonI wanted to thank you both for all of your help with the purchase of my new CRV. I can’t even tell you how much I love my new vehicle. I loved my previous CRV just as much (may he rest in peace) but I am thrilled with my new one and absolutely love the White with Grey leather interior. It just feels so classy! Working with Jonathan for the second time was just as much of a pleasure as the first time, a couple of years ago, and I’m sure it won’t be my last….. (just waiting on that remote start wink, wink). Thank you Raj for your patience and great sense of humor while waiting with us at AMA. You were very helpful and quite entertaining with educating us on the new stero system and interior of our new CRV. Thank you to your wonderful receptionists (especially Breanne) who put up with my numerous phone calls and were so pleasant and smiled with each and every call. I’m a very happy return customer and it begins with sales and goes on to your wonderful service department which are the two main reasons why I have returned to Village Honda. I am always treated very well and for that I am grateful to you all.

AnonHi Dee, I also wanted to say that this has been the best car buying experience I have ever had. I do not like shopping for cars. I visited the dealership on two occasions to look at the vehicle before today and Lee was great. He provided information, was helpful and not at all pushy. I have purchased over 10 vehicles in my lifetime not counting as many motorcycles and this was the best by far. Please pass my thanks onto Lee. And then, there was you. You as well made the closing of my purchase easy without pressure. Then you blew me away when you offered to drive me home when I said I had walked there. You said that without hesitation where I’m sure in other dealerships at best they may have suggested calling a cab. That was above and beyond. Thank you for that.

AnonI was incredibly impressed with the service from Giselle, the service advisor I has yesterday. She made sure the vehicle was ready right when I needed it. In the past she has also been great about providing advice about what needed to be done and also going out of here way to find parts, etc. She is a big part of the reason why I continue to come back to Village Honda for my service and also why we chose to buy a second Honda through your dealership.

AnonI picked up my 2007 Civic from Village Honda yesterday, after getting some more minor body work done. Once again, the work was excellent, and service terrific!!! To me, the staff at Village Honda, by their actions, are posing this question to their customers: “With our service level and workmanship, why would anyone take their Honda somewhere else??” I don’t have an answer to that, but I am now hooked for life on Village Honda!! Congrats once again, to Colin and his crew, for a job well done!!!

AnonI had my Accord serviced at Village Honda yesterday and wanted to pass on my comments to you. The service was great. The price was right. I left with a smile on my face and you can bet I will be back! Please pass my thanks to Sean and the maintenance team. They do good work.

AnonI wanted to relate my experience in servicing my 1997 Honda CR-V from Feb 18 to Feb. 20th. The vehicle needed a “bit of work”. The service advisor, Giselle Kopf, gave me excellent and detailed advice on servicing my vehicle. All with a pleasant smile and patience with my many questions. She also arranged for me to see the vehicle (it took longer than we thought because of the work that needed to be done with it). This is where I met Murray. He took time to answer my questions, and showed me some of the parts that had to be replaced and why they needed to be. What enhanced the experience, is the fact they both really seem to passionate about vehicles. Let’s face it, when a ’97 CR-V comes in, I am sure that most people are not lining up at the door to check it out and maintain it. Yet, they both recognized the CR-V was an important vehicle to me, and they treated it like it was too. Although most of my experiences with Crowfoot Honda Services are very good to excellent, this experience upped the satisfaction one big notch higher, and it was simply because a) the service advisor Giselle handled this exceptionally, returning my calls immediately, and reporting what was being done, b) the mechanic Murray showed a genuine care about the vehicle and it was extremely clear he knew what he was doing, c) they both seem to be car enthusiasts, and d) my CR-V was repaired to perfection. What an exceptional experience this was. Please relate my gratitude and experience with both Giselle and Murray. The CR-V is running fantastic.

AnonThis letter is to commend you and your staff for excellent customer service, and to encourage you all to continue extending kindness and integrity regardless of the various career and personal paths you may take in life. Over the past couple of weeks, my husband and I have had out 2003 Honda CR-V brought in for service due to an intermittent flashing D-drive light. When the car was first serviced, Rawleigh, could not get the D-drive light to flash, and therefore could not diagnose the problem. About a week later, it was flashing again. I brought the CR-V in, and told Danielle that the light was flashing and that I needed to keep the car on as it may not flash again if I turned off the engine. She promptly got Rawleigh and he looked at the car on the spot! He was able to figure out that our 3rd pressure gear needed to be replaced. As Danielle entered the order, he went to check if the parts were in stock. Their willingness to take action immediately when needed, and to go the extra mile to check on parts and keep us informed about the whole process really impressed me and my husband. It has not only been the aforementioned staff, but others such as Giselle, Wayne, and Noel. Giselle joyfully helped me move my car of the double-parked parking lot. That was very impressive! Wayne and Noel were friendly and professional (e.g. punctual). Furthermore, in my opinion and experience, the shuttles are readilty available and comfortable. I believe that all these great experiences and services are due to a strong and effective management team, and to some really wonderful people.

AnonMy Honda 2000 Accord was in for service yesterday and I must indicate that lead by service advisor Jason Bateman, the service was outstanding. Jason was careful with and attended to all my concerns and the service mechanic went beyond with his attention to detail regarding the service needs of the vehicle.

AnonMy last visit to Crowfoot Honda was great, the individual that I dealt with was helpful and was so happy that he put me in a good mood for the rest of the day.

AnonI just wanted to say thank you to Giselle, she did a fantastic job for me yesterday and I know she was under a lot of pressure. She remembered me from my last visit in November and even remembered that I had signed up for the winter package (I had forgotten) which saved me money. Another of your employees went and got the mileage for me from my car, without asking just my initiative. Giselle even phoned me to ask when I was coming in so she could have my car washed in time and ready for me – fantastic! Thank you again. A great experience!
