  • The two Japanese automakers are moving away from V6 engines and jumping on the 4-cylinder turbo bandwagon.

  • Honda yesterday announced that it will stop selling the Civic Hybrid and Civic CNG (compressed natural gas), a decision that follows the U.S. withdrawal of the disappointing Honda Accord Plug-in Hybrid.

  • Great news for hot-hatch enthusiasts: The new Honda Civic Type R will be sold in Canada, the manufacturer confirmed. The exact release date has yet to be disclosed, however.

  • Rumours have been flying around a lot since the launch of the new Acura NSX, but now it's getting a bit more serious and real. Honda is reportedly working on a smaller version of the NSX to pretty much replace the late S2000 roadster.
