The redesigned 2021 Honda Ridgeline will begin production in January and arrive at Village Honda in early February. Announced in October, the new Ridgeline will start at $ 44,355 in a Ridgeline Sport trim with variable torque distribution all-wheel drive (i-VTM4).
Three other versions of the 2021 Honda Ridgeline will be offered, namely:
- Honda Ridgeline EX-L - $ 47,355
- Honda Ridgeline Touring - $ 51,555
- Honda Ridgeline Black Edition - $ 53,055
Each of these three versions will also come with standard all-wheel drive.
The 2021 Honda Ridgeline features an all-new, more distinctive and sportier exterior design. The lights have been redesigned with new LED low beams while the hood displays a sharper, sportier style. The front fenders as well as the grille have also been redesigned. The Sport and Black Edition versions have a grille painted in matt black, while the EX-L and Touring versions have a chrome grille.
The interior has also been redesigned, offering an improved infotainment system as well as new stitching on the seats. The Sport model gets unique seats with new fabric seat inserts.
The 2021 Honda Ridgeline is powered by a 280 horsepower 3.5-litre V6 engine mated to a 9-speed automatic transmission.
“The Ridgeline is a truck that has stood out for a long time; versatile, strong, safe and reliable, it now has a truly rugged appearance that suits it perfectly,” said Steve Hui, assistant vice president of sales and marketing for Honda Canada. “The Ridgeline epitomizes all of the hard work that has been done and the new direction for Honda trucks, showing off the toughness behind those sleek exteriors and demonstrating their on- or off-road capabilities.
